Pennsylvania Girls: Foley Modeling Agency is looking for girls age range 19 to 26 who may want to pick up some great work as a promotional spokespersons for Chrysler in Wilkes Barre at the Penguins game tomorrow from 4-8. There will be a winner and 2 runner ups in each age division. CONTESTANTS WILL COMPETE IN BLUE JEANS AND A WHITE or PURPLE TSHIRT ONLY!!! The blue jeans can be ANY type of blue jean bottom NON decorated. The white top can be ANY type of WHITE OR PURPLE TOP WITH NO DESIGN. Hair should be natural, NO HAIR PIECES! Make up should only be used for the Junior, Teen, and Miss division and it should be age appropriate. Points will be deducted if these rules are not followed.

Miss Spirit of Relay:

The Miss Spirit of Relay title is an optional category and title. The title will go to the young lady in the entire pageant that raises the most money for the American Cancer Society. The contestants do not have to participate in this category, however only the young ladies who participate will be eligible for this title. All proceeds will go to the American Cancer Society. You may collect donations from friends, family members, or businesses and the donations may be for any amount. All money for this category must be turned in the day of the pageant and before the pageant begins.

The newly crowned queens will be asked to attend the Crisp Co Relay for Life Walk held on May 4, 2012. The queens will make their first appearance in their crowns and banners as they walk in honor of a loved one and the others who are fighting and have fought in our community. Please make plans to attend if you or your child is crown the Miss Crisp County Relay for Life.

Miss Springtime Angel Beauty Pageant

Bethlehem Pee Wee Football Association will be hosting the 2nd annual Miss Springtime Angel Beauty Pageant. April 14,2012.

It will be held at the Bethlehem High School Auditorium in Bonifay, Florida. The cost to enter is $35.Attire for ages 0-10 will be Sunday dress or Heirloom. Attire for ages 11-up will be pageant dress! Proceeds will benefit the youth of the Bethlehem Pee Wee Football Association.

International America Miss Pageant is a new pageant system that was founded in November 2011. Their Facebook fan page states

"International American Miss is an all natural pageant system that was built with the promotion of high self esteem as its foundation, a level playing field as its cornerstone and recognition of individuality as its core. Our pageant is designed to help you develope skills today that will contribute to your success tomorrow."

The pageant is based out of West Palm Beach, Florida and is open to contestants ages 4-24. Their National pageant will be held June 13th - June 17th of 2013 in Orlando, Florida at the Wyndham Orlando Resort.

Miss Heart of the USA Christmas Party

On December 16th, the Miss Heart of the USA Pageant held their 1st annual Christmas Party at Friend Bank in Dothan, Alabama. Former and reigning queens attended and enjoyed pizza, snacks and an ornament exchange.

The Miss Heart of the USA Pageant focuses on teaching young ladies the importance of giving back to their community. To date their program has collected and distributed over 750,000 non perishable food items to non profit organizations.

Jackson County's Miss Heart of the USA

The Jackson County's Miss Heart of the USA Pageant will be held on Saturday, December 3rd in Cottondale Florida. This pageant is a food drive for Chipola Family Ministries. Chipola Family Ministries is a ministry arm of the Chipola Baptist Association with its goal to help families and individuals in need. Some of its primary ministries are listed below.

Food Ministry - This ministry includes providing food and clothing for families in need. This is done through donations and sales at the quarter store where clothing and retail items are sold at a very low cost. This money is then used to buy food for needy individuals and families.

Pregnancy Crisis Center – This ministry provides pregnancy testing and counseling for those women who are in a crisis pregnancy situation. This is a growing ministry within our association.

Christian Counseling Center – The counseling center help individuals who are in need of Christian counseling. This ministry is staffed with trained, licensed counselors who are Christians. This service is provided on a sliding fee scale.

The Miss Heart of the USA Pageant focuses on teaching young ladies the importance of giving back to the community which is why all Miss Heart of the USA preliminary pageants are food drives. The program has collected and distributed over 750,000 non perishable food items to non profit organizations through their pageants and individual volunteer efforts of their queens.

This pageant is also going to benefit Sand Hills Santa. Sand Hills Santa goes and visits children who are hospitalized to bring them a present and a bit of Christmas cheer. Contestants are asked to bring in 2 unwrapped toys to this pageant as well.
